Michael has been an absolute pleasure to work with. It is clear that his technical skills are to the highest standard, but what really sets Michael apart is his lovely demeanour. He is very patient, especially when explaining technical issues to non-technical people. Very methodical individual and is also so much fun to work with. His leadership style is inspiring, striving to bring everyone along the journey, treating all individuals as equals and hearing what everybody has to say. He certainly will be missed and where Michael goes next, as a minimum he will only add knowledge, reason and leadership to a given project.

During Michael's time at Condor, I had the pleasure of working with him for a few months. He completely got what we were trying to achieve, and came with so many great ideas from his previous and personal experience, but was totally amenable to reviewing these and adapting according to the varying requests from the client and myself. When challenged to complete work quickly, he was wholly able, without a word of complaint, to turn around the design and estimation to very tight deadlines.
